RB – Yes, it’s remarkable how often I hear the comment, “I never got how your ‘arm worked until I saw a video.” One of the things I have to get better at is using video both to explain the arm and its installation. Hopefully, as more people actually see and hear the tonearm in action, that will become less of a challenge, but it’s definitely something I need to address.
Like any emerging enterprise, success breeds its own challenges. I’m already having to out-source some sub-assemblies in order to meet demand and that in turn has direct cost implications. SupaTrac is now at a point where I can’t do everything myself and there always seems to be something new that needs my attention. It might be a nice problem to have, but it’s a problem that needs solving and I’m working on it.
