Son of Godzilla?

Increasingly, system grounding has become a crucial part of set up and system optimisation, a vital contributor to maximising musical performance and communication. The best approaches to grounding deliver not only a lower noise floor, but an increased sense of musical pattern, clarity and purpose. It’s this ability that puts the Telos products firmly on the list of products for serious consideration. The Monster is genuinely remarkable, but it is also way beyond the means of all but a very fortunate few. The V5.1 may not be a Monster – or even Monster-lite – but it is extremely impressive in its own right. If you value a system’s ability to conjure the sense of life and vitality in a recording, the impression of real people, real instruments and real emotions, then the Telos GNR V5.1 Plus is worth a long look and an even longer listen. It’s not quite affordable enough to make it one of those slam-dunk, ‘once it’s in the system it simply ain’t leaving’ upgrades: but by the same token, best to have the funds available before you hear it at home. After hearing your system with the V5.1 connected, taking it out is going to leave your system, your music and you feeling more than a little flat…
